Effective Date: October 18, 2026
By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing Built to Book (the “Program”), you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) with Booked HQ LLC, doing business as BookedHQ (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Please read this Agreement carefully before completing your purchase.
1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION AND ACCESS
Built to Book is a 90-day business education and mentorship program designed to help travel advisors develop their marketing, lead generation, sales, and business systems.
The Program may include:
Lifetime access to the Built to Book self-paced course curriculum, including updates and refinements.
Ninety (90) days of access to live coaching, mentorship, and the private member community.
Educational resources, worksheets, templates, and implementation tools.
Group coaching calls, Q&A sessions, and other support opportunities offered during the mentorship period.
Your 90-day mentorship period begins on the day of your onboarding call.
Lifetime course access means access for as long as the Company continues to operate and make the course available, subject to this Agreement. It does not include lifetime coaching, community membership, personal support, or access to future paid programs.
Coaching sessions and other time-sensitive benefits must be used during your active mentorship period. Missed sessions do not roll over or extend your enrollment.
The Company may reasonably update the curriculum, learning platform, coaching schedule, and delivery methods while maintaining the material educational benefits purchased.
2. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES AND CONDUCT
We are committed to creating a supportive, respectful, and productive learning environment.
By joining Built to Book, you agree to:
Treat other participants, coaches, and Company representatives respectfully.
Follow published community guidelines and program instructions.
Respect the confidentiality of other members and their businesses.
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, threats, bullying, or disruptive behavior.
Avoid unsolicited selling, spam, or solicitation of other members without permission.
Take responsibility for implementing the strategies and completing the work required to pursue your business goals.
The Company may issue warnings, restrict participation, suspend access, or terminate enrollment for material violations of these standards.
For serious misconduct, including harassment, unauthorized distribution of course materials, or breaches of confidentiality, access may be terminated immediately.
Any refund or remaining payment obligations following termination will be handled in accordance with applicable law and this Agreement.
3. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Built to Book participants may discuss sensitive information, including business revenue, marketing strategies, client experiences, pricing, operations, and personal challenges.
You agree not to disclose, publish, distribute, or use another participant's confidential information without their express permission.
You may share your own experiences and results, but you may not share another participant's identity, private statements, financial information, business strategies, or circumstances without authorization.
You also agree not to record, screenshot, reproduce, or distribute private coaching calls or community discussions without permission.
The Company will handle personal information in accordance with its applicable Privacy Policy.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COURSE MATERIALS
All Built to Book curriculum, videos, training materials, worksheets, templates, presentations, recordings, frameworks, branding, and other original educational content are owned by the Company or its licensors.
Your enrollment provides a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use these materials for your own travel business.
You may customize provided worksheets and templates for your own internal business use where intended.
You may not, without prior written authorization:
Share your login credentials or allow another person to access your membership.
Copy, distribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly publish course materials.
Upload proprietary materials to file-sharing platforms or publicly accessible AI tools.
Repackage or teach substantial portions of the curriculum as your own course, coaching program, or commercial product.
Record, download, or redistribute lessons except where the Company expressly permits it.
Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and other remedies available under applicable law.
5. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES AND BUSINESS RESULTS
Built to Book provides business education, coaching, and implementation guidance. It is not a done-for-you marketing, lead generation, or sales service.
The Company does not guarantee any particular number of inquiries, leads, clients, bookings, sales, commissions, revenue, profit, or business growth.
Any examples, testimonials, case studies, projections, or discussions of business performance are illustrative and do not promise that you will achieve similar results.
Your results will depend on factors including your implementation, experience, niche, market conditions, pricing, supplier relationships, and sales abilities.
You remain responsible for your business decisions, advertising, client communications, supplier compliance, legal obligations, and financial outcomes.
6. PROGRAM FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS
The total Program price and available payment options will be disclosed on your checkout page before purchase.
By enrolling, you authorize the Company or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to the payment arrangement you choose.
If you select a payment plan:
You agree to pay all installments described at checkout.
Installments represent payments toward the total Program purchase price, not a month-to-month membership that can be canceled at will.
Stopping participation or choosing not to use the Program does not automatically cancel remaining installments.
You agree to maintain a valid payment method and promptly address failed payments.
The Company may suspend access for overdue payments after providing reasonable notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue, subject to applicable law.
7. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Refund Policy:
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in a separate written guarantee or refund offer, Program purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE
Because the Program includes immediate access to digital educational materials and reserves coaching and mentorship capacity, choosing not to participate, changing your business plans, or being dissatisfied with your own implementation results does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Any legally required cancellation or refund rights will be honored.
Requests regarding billing, cancellation, or refunds should be sent to kalie@booked-hq.com.
8. PROGRAM PAUSES, EXTENSIONS, AND RENEWALS
The Program is a fixed 90-day mentorship, not an automatically renewing subscription.
There is no automatic renewal of mentorship or community access unless you separately and expressly enroll in an additional paid offering.
Enrollment pauses, extensions, or transfers are not included unless the Company agrees to them in writing.
If additional coaching, community membership, or ongoing support becomes available after your 90 days, its price and terms will be provided separately. You are under no obligation to purchase additional support.
9. THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT AND FINANCING SERVICES
The Company may make installment payments or third-party financing options available through external payment providers.
If you choose a third-party financing arrangement, you may enter into a separate agreement with that provider.
You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the provider's terms, including any interest, fees, payment schedules, or penalties.
Financing approval does not change the Program's refund or cancellation terms.
10. TECHNOLOGY AND THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
The Program may be delivered using MemberUp, video conferencing services, email, community software, and other third-party platforms.
You are responsible for maintaining suitable internet access, compatible devices, and your own account security.
The Company is not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party providers or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Where practical, the Company may provide an alternative method of access or reschedule affected sessions.
11. COACHING CALLS AND RECORDINGS
Live coaching calls may be recorded for the benefit of active participants or for internal educational purposes.
The Company will provide appropriate notice when recording takes place.
Participants should avoid sharing information they do not wish to have included in a recording.
The Company will not use identifiable participant testimonials, private business results, or personal stories in public marketing without appropriate authorization.
12. NO LEGAL, TAX, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE
The Program is intended for general business education.
Nothing provided through Built to Book constitutes individualized legal, accounting, tax, investment, or other regulated professional advice.
You should consult qualified professionals regarding your own business structure, taxes, contracts, advertising compliance, financial decisions, and legal responsibilities.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Program, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or business interruption.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's aggregate liability arising from this Agreement will not exceed the amount you actually paid to the Company for the Program.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits any non-waivable consumer rights.
14. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, major internet outages, government restrictions, public health emergencies, cyberattacks, or other significant disruptions.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to communicate material disruptions and provide appropriate alternatives when feasible.
15. CHANGES TO PROGRAM OR TERMS
The Company may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect legal, operational, or Program changes.
Material changes affecting an existing Participant's purchased rights will not apply retroactively without the Participant's agreement, except where required by law.
The Company may provide notice of material changes by email or through the Program portal.
16. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Utah, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
